As Chairman of the PropTech Group, i would like to point out that the underlying operating cash flow was positive for the half year at just under $1 million.
Underlying Operating Cashflow excludes one-offs such as re-listings costs etc and reflects the underlying performance of the business

I hope this addresses the comment about “only have 3m cash to cover cash burn”
