Most of us are at higher buy averages too mate, i am- particularly if we are longer term. The question we are all asking is, is it going to take 8 years or more to turn this around like it took that long to sink to these lows? I don't see anything @Jack1960 points to that is that convincing to average down at present, and if you do that means potentially missing out on better performances elsewhere. I mean what is there to go off other than a pithy statement from PTM saying they will do better? Whilst historically Jack is right- they do outperform in a falling market- they have missed the recent upswing and downswing opportunities dramatically. I mean maybe this is a good buy in point for the new guys- but other companies have way outperformed over the last 4 or so years, which to my mind may be more worthy of our investment dollar?
