this gonna be very messy, i do hold the shares of few of the companies that PTN is buying but the question is , then what?
i am little worried that Delphi will screw the shareholders at the end.
they have so much of power (42% of PTN) and been using the cash that PTN earned in a very agressive way.

Delphi buy all these assets, use PTN moneys and then TAke over PTN at very cheap price.
if this happens that will be the worst outcome for shareholders.

the MATSA take over sounding very oppurtunistic and low ball , MATSA not even bothered
they probably know the deal is crapy but then PTN and associates own 50% of MATSA
this is not organic growth and is dangerous. few people will benefit and majority will get burnt

unless someone can see something else and have a better view on where is this going.
