I’m starting to think it’s just a lack of money in the market in general, mum and dad investors getting ground down by bigger mortgage rates and people with money being cautious and staying with producers for now, maby less international investors, be interesting to see if there’s a chart that tracks total market $ transactions on a day to day basis.
