    Unsure as to why AME would trade down on this news.

    All holders have a vested interest in the deal being completed. Otherwise it's back to trading sub 4c.

    I'm in AME for the arbitrage on BTR deal. But if there's a superior offer that's also good for holders.

    I don't understand markets.
