AME alto metals limited

I agree, IMO PTN buying into AME is bullish - they may be buying...

    I agree, IMO PTN buying into AME is bullish - they may be buying to gain a holding in BTR or they may be planning something else eg. attempting to force BTR to increase the bid price etc. Regardless, IMO it shows that PTN, a group of mining professionals, sees value in AME at $ 0.085 per share (they bought the 60 million shares in AME on 13/11/24 at 0.085 per share, see Becoming a Substantial Shareholder notice dated 14/11/24).

    As per the same Shareholder notice, together with Delphi PTN now owns 18.41% of AME. An alternative takeover proposal from PTN for AME would not surprise me, although IMO it's more likely that the move is simply to gain a cheaper longer-term entry into BTR.

    I bought back into AME today (having sold out a few weeks ago) based on PTN's purchase yesterday - let's see how it pans out.
