I’m hopeful some of our smarter contributors will provide their views on the updated results. Quickly comparing the PTX-100 Phase 1b trial results from 6/3/23 to 10/7/23 we have 1 new enrolment who is still ongoing, all 4 patients that were ongoing from 6/3/23 are still ongoing, and 2 patients now have the classification of Durable SD (>6 months). Google says Durable SD (Stable Disease) refers to a disease that is neither increasing nor decreasing in extent or severity. The results look positive, the only concern might be the number of new enrolments. From the March announcement it included “Based on encouraging data so far, regulatory advisors have recommended enrolling seven additional patients in order to support a more robust data package for a meeting with the US FDA.” The period from 10/7/23 to the ASH presentation on 11/7/23 will hopefully yield more enrolments.
