The forthcoming phase 2 trial now has clearer data indicators towards its design target.
As a monotherapy, the PTX-100 is no less even more potent ( if you like), yes on a small population, than other gold standard of care. In this arena of deeply affected wellness, drugs like the PTX-100 offer a percentage of sufferers not only an alternate method of longevity, with fewer side effects, but further a longer survival duration. Hard to us for much more as a patient and from a potential drug in the making.
The rest is simply white noise, investor likes and dislikes (imo).
