I recall in an investor briefing, there was a question on the remaining IP life of PTX100. James M mentioned this would lapse in the next few years (?!?!)...
If this is the case, what's the implications for PTX100? I imagine we'd still have market exclusivity if we were to be successful? Is the rub then with us losing the IP for other potential applications given the first-in-class designation?
