    Is it highly unusual for a Director/CEO to talk about the opportunity to invest because of the current price of the shares?

    Dunno if I agree.

    I mean, how does he decide thats its good value, without either inside knowledge of something pending that will add value to the company?

    I thought it might be looked upon poorly?
