@mrdingo I can completely understand why you would be happy with that trajectory.
I'm naturally leaning towards PTX-100 expanded cohort results as the most likely catalyst for a major up ranking and de-risking of PTX.
I see PTX-100 as the closest project getting towards it's pointy end of 'make or break' in the company portfolio, the phase 1B basket study was so promising and if we can even get 2-4 signs of efficacy in the expanded cohort it sounds like that may be enough to move to a registrational trial given precedence and current efficacy of available treatments...The bar is low for such an unmet need in PTCL as highlighted by Steven.
The company has so many great shots on goal, 6 to be exact at present so value add is certainly something that can be built upon each day for shareholders in the interim.
We can definitely be a $500-$1b market cap on present data and any potential near term announcements between now & the expanded cohort results being released, whether they are as potentially de-risking as positive ptx-100 results will have to be seen.
So much to look forward to over the coming 12 months....
-PTX-100 expanded cohort commencing & any market updates over the ensuing months
-PTX-200 phase 1B results hopefully before end of year but possibly in the new year after covid delayed recruitment of patients in Florida.
- Stealth mode 'Cell Enhancement Therapy Program' at Peter MacCullum, Steven has flagged that announcements will be made on this program once patents are secured to protect the IP which is apparently magnificent & I get the impression this update to market could arrive at any day.
- OmniCAR optimization trials and hopefully commencing phase 1 in the next 12-18 months
- Possible licensing of OmniCAR to bio tech companies. Steven has flagged this agenda as part of the programs business model and the immunogenicity testing (completed) and further optimization trials will definitely advance any possible licensing deals that could see OmniCAR generating upfront revenue with key milestones target fee's & ongoing royalties for companies that wish to amalgamate the platform into their own cell therapy trials & not limited to CAR-T.
- Any potential collaborations and joint ventures
- Any potential new programs, projects or SAB/management appointments
