I have no interest in Merchant Funds other than being thankful for their interest in PTX but hoping they do not get an advantage other shareholders don't.
There are many options for raising capital and this is only a hypothetical one at present - but seemingly being pushed by a few as the only credible one - and it seemingly must be done now and it must not be criticized. I have yet to see one valid reason for it versus the multitude of options
I would like to see more like MF buying now for the same reason.
I have advised when I will engage and will repeat with action if and when necessary
