PTX200 has had some spectacular results in all those indications you mention. It did however, have some events caused by the interaction of PTX200 and the chemo drug.


This AML trial os of a new dose regime, and it looks like that has done the job of fixing this problem.

Due to cost, I would think, the other trials have been put on stanby while this new dose regime was investigated. But you can see from their results, they will probably be restarted, at some point.

I am mot aware of any other AKT drug either approved or in trial. But will hzve to do more research on that.

Todays announcement is great news for noth shareholders and AML patients.
