The purpose of these cohorts is to check for toxicity. My understanding of why the same people who have already been cured are still being used is i think becuase T-cell theraphy is a person specific engineered therapy. so it would be more cost effective and ethical to continue treating the same patients you have already created a dose of your product for if all you are trying to work out is if there is toxicity at larger doses.

but i could be wrong.

If they are then working out efficacy of the product then new people will be enrolled.
