I would suggest that this is the case and that is a Single Ascending Dose trial where three different patients each receive one dose, as the next paragraph of the announcement goes on to read
"Following review of the safety data from this cohort with the study investigators, Prescient has opened the next cohort for enrolment at 45 mg/m2 PTX-200."
Which suggests that they are now searching for the next three different patients who have yet to receive the drug.
