Hi AMS, as always appreciate your feedback. Yet, knowing ( or assuming based on the wording of this announcement) that the trial had 100% completed responses ( so, small cohort with only 3 participants), it appears to me anyway that optimum efficacy has been achieved. Yes, I realise people speak of 200% or 300% nonsense, yet 100% achieved is the max (statistically speaking). Yes, I understand that a higher dose may, say increase to possibility of durability. Unless needing to comply with design ethics, I don’t see the need for further escalation of dosage to this study outside the academic experiential quest. Especially, knowing that no other clinical issues were noticed. Anyway, always nice to read your posts, hope all is well. Looking forward to a clearer quarterly summary, yet not holding my breath on it.
