Good to see this update.
At this stage it looks as though there's a very good chance we can "sign off" on Phase I (no dose limiting toxicity). While every stage in bio development is a hurdle, Phase II is the biggest jump so I look forward to the transition to Phase II trials.
There's no shortage of failed cancer drugs out there, and the usual risk caveats apply, but here's hoping the company has success in demonstrating efficacy.
