Geez - this is a great result - probably not entirely visible for anyone not holding.
For cancer patients, this is a milestone. They don't give a damn about the SP either.
No one could logically hold a negative view by nit picking every aspect of the results. One person positive affected is a great step forward - this trial did better than that.
