I’ve asked to be considered for these types of trials and was told to just stick with the proven treatments until they start losing their effectiveness , so considering that it’s hard to know how much of an effect the chemo component had on these trials and I’m guessing it wasn’t the first time these patients had the chemo , so imo unless your a specialist who has all the data it’s almost impossible to interpret the results properly
