In the slide providing an update for PTX-100 I note that for 121-003 and 121-002, both on a 500 mg/m2 dose, had early Stable Disease (SD) findings, followed quite a few months later by Partial Response (PR)

121-010 and 121-016, on 2000 mg/m2, had Partial Response findings fairly early in the piece. And 121-011 and 121-015, on 2000 mg/m2, have had a SD finding relatively early. And both have yet to be on the trial as long as 121-003 or 121-002 before a PR finding was made.

Early days and need more data. But would like to know more about the impacts to patients of the treatment leading to a Stable Disease state.

SD and PR is all defined via the RECIST Criteria. This criteria is not PTX criteria but is the benchmark used to talk about oncology remission and testing...
