I wouldn't be surprised if the CR occurred after some very good news from the upcoming trial and that it involved a dual listing in the US.
Australia is a great place to be for cheaper research and some trials but my understanding is that it helps if some trials are done in the US
Our market is one that welcomes mining spec stocks but is reticent about biotech.
US is the home of biotech and they appreciate/understand the inherent value.
SYC admitted that it was an objective some time ago and described us as an Australian US company
IMO it is time to branch out for CR's for biotech are currently like leprosy here.
