And yet it has been the insto funds that always dump into good news and deflate the share price. Only for SYC to give them the heads up a capital raise is coming so that they are even more inclined to do so.
It was happening with Regal for ages. AEF has been doing it for years. And I'm sure there are plenty more examples that hold less than 5% so that they don't have to disclose this obvious manipulation.
