Possibly... but, seriously, what's the probability of both no new patients being recruited since then and every patient in the trial at the time of the last update passing away shortly after that last update???
If there is no "new" data (by virtue of an improbability) then this speaks highly of the results that were disclosed all that time ago, hey?
