    Sydney - Wednesday - Nov 22: (RWE Australian Business News) -
    Western Areas (WSA) will issue 6.66 million units at $3 (Canadian) to
    raise a total $(Can)20 million.
    Each unit consists of one shares plus one-quarter a share
    purchase warrent.
