SYC's 17.5c share placement plan is looking like a master stroke. If people want those cheap shares, they have to buy regular on market to get them making them like discounted oppies, incentivising people to accumulate. And all of that money goes into the company coffers unlike the general rise in the SP that comes from announcements. This could really build a giant war chest for PTX at a time when the market is turning hostile to capital raises.
