I believe this was more or less completely PTX driven, Rebecca Lim seemingly the brains.
Until mid last year we were using Carina Biotech facilities in Adelaide, who too had no rights to any IP. We then switched to Peter MacCallum facilities, made sense bringing as much of our programs to Peter MacCallum as possible, being a Melbourne based company & Peter Mac being the pinnacle of Australian cancer research labs.
So basically I think we'd have paid Peter MacCallum to access their facilities & staffing, PTX get full IP ownership & Peter MacCallum are able to assist another Australian based company significantly move the bench mark for cell manufacturing around the world.
Giddy-up....Don't let any daily sp movements fool anyone....Just accumulate because when you have revenue generating IP the current market cap is not going to sustain, it will recalibrate perhaps over the course of days, weeks and months.
