I think the companies stance of not starting work until the matter is resolved is BS
they don't have the money and were relying on oppies and the matter resolved
not going to happen IMO
therefore will need to raise at some point
who knows this could go on and on and on and the company knows it IMO
you can see the vultures circlingoppies look deadive blown a lot...
