From what has been announced to the market very little as I see it.
The construction of the plant has very little technical risk, construction costs are very low and partial funding from a local bank is secured. Market for the product is excellent and with Brazil being one of the worlds major agricultural producers local demand will be high.
There is aslo the copper aspect to AGR which seems to be being ignored by the market.
