    so thinking it out... oppies dead, even if they get approval now the price won't rise that much as everyone expects a capital raise so why buy when a cap raise is around the corner....

    Its still a great project, but the price is dead in the water.... approval released, stagnates at 3-5 cent range.... raise at 3-4 cent rage. Only hope is to hold and the price corrects in 3-6 months after construction starts.
