    "Bureaucracy is the death of any achievement."

    I will admit this stock has been a learning lesson on the inadequacies of trusting in the Brazilian system... a corrupt, red tape and hopeless governmental force. Two years in courts and the prosecutor needs an extra month to collect itself. Hopeless.

    I can only imagine that the AGR execs and board are as frustrated as us.
