The statement also talks of extending the Cleaning Offer to the 31st July.

precedent to settlement of the Acquisition, the board of the Company resolved to extend thecleansing offer until 31 July 2016 in order to ensure that it remains open at settlement."
Seems perhaps there were some speed bumps along the way?
