I must concede that I have wondered about the 7-day run we’ve just had (IMMP below as illustration) but found that Immutep’s previous raises/equity deals have mostly used 30-day VWAP not 7-day for the baseline against which to measure discount (or premium!). Today’s movements are pretty out of whack even given the US debt ceiling theatre.
