Looks like there's a lot of buyers building for QNA. Might have a bit of a run past 0.002 today. A close at 0.003 would be good.
I wonder if that seller from last week was the underwriter of the roghts issue? It would make sense that they would have to offload some of their stock. Pretty typical pattern for an underwriting.
