I agree have posted a couple points that were very telling. In one the committee states they are confident the annulment won’t be successful and the other they allude to the fact that IDA’s application to reject the annulment application is successful. I mean their is still risk here and possibility of taking a while to get the cash but the upside of risk and return is huge and it’s not like there isn’t existing value in IDA already.
