I was thinking about this and what the best outcome would be for IDA. Escrow is the cleanest but then it would mean we would unlikely see any interest payments (if the escrowed amount is the current owed amount then we'd probably have to "sue" for any new interest and I can't see it being worthwhile). I guess the best outcome is escrow plus the committee agrees with our objection and this is all over in two months.
