While I am No lawyer, I have just finished reading the ICSID Award.

The Tanzania Government, had full right to change it laws regarding Mining.

But the Government, at that point in time, should of done things differently.

Know that all ASX listed company's have signed Frame Work Agreement's with the Current Government of Tanzania and are all working together, that we all pay our fair share of Taxes to the Government of Tanzania and hopefully the people of Tanzania will eventually see there fair share of the profit's.

In relation to the our Nickel deposit, as we all know that a third party, as stated in the preceding, is currently mining the deposit.
I hope these party's are paying their fair share of taxes to the Tanzania Government, if the government are not receiving the taxes, then the Government should bring the full law into account and make them pay.

Just like any company in Australia, who fail to pay taxes.

IMHO.
