Has anyone had a skim of the prospectus? Anything catch your eye?

Thought p34 stood out re finance for the project:

‘Discussions with potential financiers have commenced and the company is in advanced discussions for the main project financing of the Longonjo project which is subject to further due dilligence by the LENDER and legally binding documentation being negotiated and implemented’.

Sounds like they are very close to securing finance... start build in Q1 2021, produce first NdPr carbonate in early 2022.
