The Patersons director should be the first to go, if we need advice from Patersons (who I don't trust!), then we can go and pay someone for it.
Replace him with an expert in retail (online or high street) that can help the business grow organically....any ex Kogan people available? Just get Kogan himself invoked, he would see the investment opportunity here and has invested in other companies before!
