Their most likely strategy with peer pass is to test it in the real world (which is probably why they got FundX on board too) to work out the kinks and how to optimise the software. Once they feel that it is scalable then they will introduce an API. Also don't forget they will need to develop partnerships with credit checkers in the USA/Europe to release it internationally.
