Agreed. not much by was of independence as well with the valuation, in fact a conflict of interest hence the 27 price used instead of anything even close to the spot price or a realistic forward estimate.
Unfortunately small investors don't hold much power in the core but hopefully there is enough support to vote down the offer or at least have it revalued.
I guess the silver lining is that we all become Dundee shareholders (diluted) and get to benefit in a bargain purchase of ADT. talk about a double edged sword haha
