Another big tick! Congratulations to the team. I don't think there is anything new here, but as with LUPIN, a reminder that they are seeing stable or better responses (even with sub-optimal dosage) in heavily pre-treated end stage patients. Both encouraging and uplifting.
With all this positive clinical data now, the company must be like kids in a candy store trying to prioritise their efforts. On one hand, I would love to see the FDA IND dusted off and a big CEP Phase II. But surely there is a danger of them being spread too thin.
Anyway, a good problem to have.
