No spin needed really. I just read it. It’s a perfectly adequate paper from the Tbilisi group in a reasonable journal. The authors’ conclusions are fair and balanced in concluding efficacy data is inconclusive (their words) and drug seems safe and well tolerated. It’s a bit outdated maybe , seems to have taken a while to make it to print, but they got there in the end.
