    If Puka is now shut in as it isn't economical in today's POO environment...where does
    that leave Cuba with a approx. 10% recovery rate and low quality oil fetching equally low
    prices?

    MEO management seem to be grabbing at straws to survive and picking rubbish projects that
    will have the remaining funds dwindle to zero.
