These mean nothing unless there's rail and port infrastructure in place. I have been waiting since 2006 for the rail and port issues to be resolved for their main tenements in Marillana and Opthalmia. At the moment whatever deal is in place to have Min Resources/Hancock fund/build a rail spur and expand SW3 berth in Pt Hedland is on hold until the WA government gets its act together and moves the approval process along. It's been well over 12 months that Hancock has been waiting for the regulatory processes to be finalised.
