Despite the following admissions:

1. “Subject to meeting battery specifications set out byRoadix” 
2. “Ultracharge will design, develop and manufacture alithium-ion pouch-cell battery” 
3. “If the batteries fail to comply with the Specifications,the only remedy available to Roadix is to acquire batteries from anothersupplier” 
4. “Roadix will assist Ultracharge in the commissioning andtesting of the batteries” 

Kobi makes the claim that “This clearly demonstratesUltraCharge’s ability to customise solutions for specific end-user requirements.” 

How can he have the audacity to claim, despite all the development andclient acceptance ahead of him, that it demonstrates any outcome?
