Now I'm only new to this company so am yet to do more research on what 360 want to do if they got into management but going off what our CEO has said 'it is in our best interest as shareholders (NXT own the shares) of AJD that this new management does not get in' and NXT raising their holdings just gives them more power to block 360 getting into management.

Negatives, would probably be using 29million of our precious capital in acquiring what could be a premium price as to what the stock 'AJD' is worth. Remains to be seen if 360 gain control but if they do expect NXT to tank. Very unlikely though as NXT now own 16% and will be voting against.

Other than that not much to be negative about and all this is just presenting a nice little buy in number for NXT, still a very promising business in one of the best tech spaces available. I'll be grabbing some shares at these prices 100%
