M1 already had its Market Rent Review and there was no increase.
S1 & P1 are in a couple of months from memory.
The portfolio of properties have been revalued higher by 10-12%/year, but all rents have only been increasing at CPI. Probably reasonable that P1 hasn't seen much growth, but seems reasonable to think that S1 & M1 should have seen increases at the Market Rent Review.
There's very little gearing in AJD, ~15% from memory with rates last renegotiated ~2 years ago.
