Pretty much exactly as I read it too.
Guess they're happy with apdc is running things and not interested in the changes that 360 could bring.
Also read a few Ann's from apdc/ asx;and and they seem to be implying that a 360 control would not maintain the quality of the portfolio that the have built. Obviously goes both ways that nxt and ajd are happy with this partnership.
Not right now but surely it would be nice for nxt to bring all their properties in house as they appear to have started doing recently as noted by ajd that the data center property market is shifting.
