It makes perfect sense. When new in the market, NXT was paying high interest rates, so they sold the house and rented. Now after issuing notes, that interest rate has come down. So it should by back the house, instead of paying rent.
I have not done the maths, but hoping someone with good number skills will prove or disprove it.
