Easiest way to answer that is listen to the people that know a lot more than you or I. If insto's are putting 32mil into a significantly oversubscribed CR I'd say it's positive! They will always look at worst case scenarios, so to them this litigation is now a minor speed bump which Yowie now have covered with this additional wrapper.
